Residential Home – Lift Replacement

In order to keep the Home functional, the lift is an important link between floor levels of the Home. An upgrade was due and Cynllun Ni Our Design Project Management organised the replacement.

Work involved

Consultation with all departments within the Home on the disruption during the works. Project Management role: Collect tenders for the replacement with National Lift companies, scheduling work for pre and post installation of lift for builder’s work include installing stair lift, floor protection, hoarding, secure doorway, temporary canopy, site compound, skips, sanitary cubicle. Post-installation of demounting hoarding, installation carpets / vinyl, cleaning and decoration.
