Projects are successfully undertaken from the design process through to construction. We are able to offer a comprehensive package of support to clients, guiding them through the planning and building regulation stages. We successfully engage with local authority and this before scheduling the work for tendering and construction phases where each aspect of the project is managed on behalf of the client. Measured Survey or Topographical Surveys
Measuring around all rooms, picking up all walls, doors, window, services & electrical component positions. Widths, lengths, heights, sections, elevations, measuring externally surrounding the building taking dimensions to boundaries, picking up different ground finishes & site contours.
Take brief or create a brief with the client. Investigate into site restraints, produce design options & discuss with client on preference & developing the design technically best describing the brief.
Compiles of scaled drawings of the Building in its present state in forms of Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Site Plan, Proposal Drawings & Design & Access Statement Document.
Dealing with Local Authority Planning Department on projects Pre-application & during the Planning stages in order to create a smooth process on gaining approval.
Carry out technical drawings from Planning Approved Projects either from companies own design or from fellow external sources. This involve in producing Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections & Details to technically standards in order to construct the build. Deal with Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Consultants & the like to coordinate the design.
Building Regulations Approval
From producing Construction Drawings, early engagement with Local Authority Building Control or Approved Inspectors to provide smooth transition on gaining approval.
Schedule of Works & other Tendering Documentation
We carry out documentation for tendering purposes. Schedule of Works, Preliminaries, Pre-Construction Information & Health & Safety Design Risk Assessments. All to provide a tender price.
Contractual, Stage Payments & Valuations
Once the project is awarded to the preferred Contractor, we can administrate Contract between Client & Contractor. During the build provide stage payments & valuations.
Review the Contractors work & provide a Snagging Report in order to provide the high standard of finish possible for the Client near the completion of the project.
